What are your opening hours?
Monday-Saturday: 11:30 until 23:00. Kitchen opens at 12:00 until 21:30
Sunday: 11.30 until 22:30 (incl bank holidays). Kitchen opens at 12:00 until 21:00.
How far is the RSC theatre?
We are situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon on Sheep Street, which is a 3 minute walk from the RSC theatre.
Where is the best place to park?
There is on street parking on Sheep Street for up to 1 hour and multistorey car parks within a few minutes walk. The closet multistorey is the NCP on Rother Street.
Is there public transport nearby?
We are 15 minutes walk away from Stratford-upon-Avon Train station (less than 5 minutes in a taxi) and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop located on Bridge Street outside McDonald’s.
Do you accept American Express?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including American Express.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes we accept cash payments.
Do you have a dress code?
To ensure that our guests feel relaxed and comfortable in our restaurant, our dress code is casual but smart.
Is Loxleys wheelchair accessible and do you have accessible toilets?
We are wheelchair accessible. We have one step to reach our toilet facilities that we have a ramp readily available for. We do have upstairs dining, so please do mention any mobility restrictions when reserving.
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
As much as we would love to welcome all dogs into our restaurants, unfortunately only guide and assistance dogs are allowed.
Do you offer outdoor seating?
Enjoy dining in our charming courtyard which has a retractable roof for those summer days and heaters for the winter months, making al fresco dining enjoyable year-round.

Reservations
How can I make a booking?
Online using the the reservations link found throughout the website, alternatively contact the restaurant direct on 01789 292 128 or email us at [email protected].
How can I amend my reservation?
Online (through your reservation link or app), in person, via email, or via phone
Do you accommodate walk-ins?
Yes, our restaurant accommodates walk-ins as well as reservations. Please note that at busy periods, walk-ins may not be available and will be on a first come first serve basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require card details at the time of booking to secure reservations on all bookings. Please note that there is no money taken from the card. Details are secured on our compliant database system. Cancelling within 24 hours of your booking time, or regretting to inform the restaurant of non-arrival, will result in a £20 per person charge from the card provided. Bookings will not be accepted by phone, online or in person without a valid card to guarantee the reservation.
How long will you hold a reservation for?
We hold reservations for 20 minutes. If you're running late please let us know. Please note that 'no shows' will incur a no show fee of £20 per person.
Can we add/remove guests from the reservation?
The number of guests within your party can be reduced up to 24hrs in advance of your booking. We will make every effort to accommodate an increase your party size, however this will be dependent on availability.
For group bookings of 8 or more we require a security deposit at the time of booking.
How do you change/amend bookings?
You may cancel your booking online and select an alternative date up to 24 hours before prior to arrival. Please call the restaurant directly to change number of guests or time of your booking.
What happens after you have completed your booking?
You will receive a confirmation email detailing the date and time of your booking. If the booking is for 8 or more people, we will also send an email requesting menu choices for your guests.
When making a group booking can guests change meal options or is this final?
Absolutely, we are happy to accommodate dish changes up until 48 hours prior to arrival. Contact the restaurant directly or reply to your pre order request.
What is your service charge policy?
An optional gratuity of 10% will be added to your bill. This can be increased / decreased on how you deem necessary. 100% of the tips are given to our staff divided equally including kitchen brigade.
It is entirely your choice whether to pay the service charge. Please ask if you wish it to be removed.
Can I book a table just for drinks?
Our bar area is on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved. All reservations made are for dining.
Dining
What do I do if I have an allergy or intolerance?
We take dietary needs of our guests as seriously as you do. That’s why we have a special selection of dietary specific menus, including full gluten free and dairy free menus. When placing your reservation, please flag your allergy or intolerance by leaving a note. We will always do our very best to accommodate your needs, however as all food is prepared in an environment that contains nuts and nut traces we cannot absolutely guarantee. In some cases, we may have to decline a reservation if the allergy is severe and we feel a guest might be at risk.
Do you serve non-dairy alternatives?
Yes, we offer dairy-free options and alternatives.
Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
We are pleased to offer a vegetarian and vegan options. Our front of house team are equipped with information regarding dietary requirements and our a la carte menu includes an allergy index for each dish.
Do you have an allergen guide?
Our a la carte menu has a full allergy index. You can download a copy on our website.
Do you offer a set menu?
Yes we do. You will find this listed under ‘Sample Set Price Menu’ this runs Monday- Saturday 12-6.30pm (last tables reservations are 6.15pm). For an up to date menu email or call.
Do you cater for children?
We are pleased to welcome younger diners, if you can please just let us know of any diners under the age of 16 years old. We kindly request that children under the age of 16 have left the restaurant by 8pm.
Can I bring a celebration cake?
Yes, you are very welcome to bring a cake to the restaurant for the celebration. Please let the restaurant know on or prior to arrival. This may however be subject to a ‘cakeage’ fee per person. We can provide you with further details on request. Please call or email.
What time does your lunch service operate?
Our lunch menu runs Monday-Saturday 12-4pm alongside our a la carte menu which is served from 12-noon onwards. We do not close in the afternoon and serve food all day until last orders.
Do you have a pre-theatre menu?
Yes, we offer a 2 or 3 course set menu from 12-6.30pm, last table reservations for set menu are 6.15pm, please mention this when reserving. This is available under menus. ‘Sample set price menu’. For an up to date copy contact us directly.
Can we bring our own wine/drinks?
We do not offer corkage.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Loxleys gift vouchers are the perfect present for food and drink lovers. Our vouchers are available to purchase in our restaurants or online, and can be redeemed anytime as long as your gift voucher is valid (12 months from purchase).

Can I extend the expiry date of my gift voucher?
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date purchased. For more information contact the restaurant directly.
What are the delivery costs?
Our indicative delivery costs are set out below, but please note these are subject to change. Accurate delivery costs will be provided during the checkout process.

What payment methods are available?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
Where can my gift voucher be redeemed?
Our gift vouchers can be redeemed in the restaurant, either in part or in full.
Can more than one gift voucher be used on a single purchase?
Only one gift voucher can be used on a single purchase in our restaurant.
What happens to the leftover balance of my gift voucher?
You do not have to use the full amount of your voucher in one transaction. The outstanding balance will remain on your gift card so you can spend it another time at Loxleys, as long as your gift voucher is valid (12 months from purchase).
If my gift voucher value doesn’t cover the full purchase amount, can I pay the difference with an alternate form of payment?
Yes, any difference outstanding on your bill can be paid with a valid debit, credit card or cash at the time of dining.
I have not received an order confirmation email, what can I do?
