Our Bombay Spiced Scallop dish features on our Specials menu this month...Succulent Scottish Scallops delicately flavoured with a blend of Indian spices and served with a mint yoghurt, toasted onion seed and heritage tomato salsa with a few sprigs of fresh coriander.

Our wonderful scallops arrive from Scotland still in their shells and we open them daily, fresh for service. Expertly combined with all the delicious fresh ingredients for this dish including locally soil grown heritage tomatoes, each plate of Bombay Spiced Scallops leaves our kitchen with the attention to detail we put into every plate.

A feast for the eyes and a treat for the palate.
